Our Manufacturing Unit

We have a winding, vacuum impregnation, assembly, and painting system that enables us to produce high-quality products. Our experienced technicians handle every stage of production with perfection to ensure optimal output. Our manufacturing facility is well-equipped with advanced facilities for cutting, welding, etc. to deliver exceptional products.

Quality Assurance

  • Stamping: We use stampings of high-quality cold-rolled, non-oriented silicon steel with less wattage and iron loss for our energy-efficient electric motors.
  • Winding Wire: Copper is used in winding as it possesses high thermal stability with excellent mechanical properties and good wind ability along with superior insulation.
  • Cast Iron: Cast iron components are utilized in electric motors.
  • Die Casting: We use grade Al383 for die casting in order to attain the highest electrical conductivity and performance to motor specifications.
  • EN8 Shafts: Our EN8 shafts provide high mechanical strength and the best magnetic properties. We conduct a number of hardening processes according to requirements.

Facilities

  • Backward Inspection: Our factory is equipped with a surface table where accurate measuring instruments are installed, and these are calibrated continuously.
  • Electrical Testing: Heat resistance testing, insulation resistance testing, high voltage tests, and surge tests are conducted.
  • Dedicated Testing Facilities: We have a 100-amp computerized electric test panel, which helps in performing locked rotor tests, breakdown torque tests, thermal stability tests, and critical speed tests.
  • Assembly & Winding Setup: We possess the facility of assembly and winding setup and have a capacity of handling motors up to 50 HP.
  • Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Plant: The 200-degree oven process increases the dielectric and mechanical strength of winding coils.
